Typically always on point. I purchase the “Gold tier” but then decided to just take 14x 3M boosts since the price is the same and my server wasn’t getting updated after weeks of the purchase. But after agreeing to deliver 3 month boosts for my server, they all expired 1-1.5 months after my purchase. I showed the team my proof. & I’m not dumb enough to kick any of the accounts from my server.. nor did my server get nuked since my other vendors 3M’s stayed active. I provided proof, asked if you can replace, took days for any response and then you closed the ticket without making it right when I know it isn’t costing you much to produce these accounts.. definitely lost a regular customer. Maybe here and there, but no longer coming for 3Ms for myself or my friends. Or any type of boosts in general. Wish you guys did better in this situation.
